To delete your account, please follow these steps:

Log in to our website using your credentials.
Go to ‘My Account’ in the top right and select ‘Account Details’ or ‘Settings’.
Locate the option labeled 'Delete Account' in your account settings and click on it.

Please note that refunds will no longer be possible once an account has been deleted. Once an account is deleted, it cannot be undone. So make sure you have downloaded your Citation Lists and Plagiarism Reports before deleting your account. How can I delete my order?

To delete your order, please follow these steps:

Log in to our website using your credentials.
Find and open the order you want to delete, you can find your order by going to ‘My Account’ and opening the ‘Dashboard’ (link to find my order article in the helpcenter)
Select the order you would like to delete and navigate to order details. Here you will find the option to delete your order!

❗Orders placed with our automated tools such as the AI Proofreader and Plagiarism Checker cannot be cancelled anymore after payment. The reason for this is that the check immediately starts after the payment, and we are unable to cancel the check.
