Make sure you are looking at the right reference list. When you are logged in, you are able to work on multiple lists simultaneously. You can find your lists on the left of the Citation Generator page or on the "Orders" page.

Make sure you are opening your reference list on the correct Scribbr domain. Have you created the list on the .com domain? Then, you will not be able to see the created reference list when opening the .de domain simultaneously. Therefore, it is always important to double-check which domain you are using when creating your reference list, and you are not logged in.

Did you create the reference list in a different browser? In this case, the list might still be saved in the different browser. Open the Citation Generator in the different browser to check if this might be the case.

Did you clear your cookies recently? If you recently cleared your cookies and used the Citation Generator while not being logged in, we are unfortunately unable to restore the list.
