Is it possible to pay my order in installments?

Currently it’s not possible to pay in installments for any of our services. Before we can start working on your thesis or your document, the order must be fully paid.

How can I receive an invoice for my order?

You will automatically receive the invoice for your order when placing it. The invoice is available in the order, which can be found on your account. You can find more information on how to find your order here.

Is it possible to adjust my invoice?

Yes, if there is an error in the name or address on your invoice, feel free to reach out to us, and we will be happy to assist you with the correction!

Please note that once an order is placed with Scribbr, we are unable to accommodate requests for VAT related changes. Our services are primarily designed for students rather than businesses, and we generate invoices in accordance with consumer-related VAT regulations. Therefore, we are unable to modify this process after the invoice has been issued.

Can I request a VAT invoice?

Once you have placed an order with Scribbr, we are unable to accommodate requests for a VAT invoice. Our services are primarily for students, not businesses, so we assume that you are an individual and will create an invoice according to consumer-related VAT regulations. We are unable to make changes to this process afterwards.

However, if you are a business planning to submit multiple orders in the future, please feel free to contact us. We can discuss the possibility of creating a VAT invoice for you before you place the order. Please keep in mind that we can only do this for multiple orders with a significant total value.
